Serves as an advocacy group for inclusion and diversity and resource for gay, lesbian, and bisexual employees and to address issues of homophobia and discrimination in the workplace.

UAF offers testing, prevention and case management. Its programs include support for people living with HIV, empowerment groups for gay and bi English-speaking men and gay (The Village) and bi Spanish speaking men through Hermanos de Luna y Sol.
